An Ordinance to amend the Air Armament Practice Ordinance,

1949.

[31st March, 1950.]

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof:

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Air Armament Short title. Practice (Amendment) Ordinance, 1950, and shall be read as one with the Air Armament Practice Ordinance, 1949, hereinafter Ordinance referred to as the principal Ordinance.

2. Subsection (5) of section 4 of the principal Ordinance Amendment is hereby amended by the addition thereto immediately after the of sub- figures "1947" at the end thereof of the following proviso-

section (5) of section 4 of the

": Provided that practice may take place over the principal Port Shelter Range described in paragraph (a) of Ordinance. the First Schedule hereto on any day which is not a Wednesday or a Sunday".
